We urge interested participants to pre-register with us via our On-line Pre/Registration as early as possible, even if you have not made firm travel arrangements, so we can plan our events more efficiently. The Registration Fee applies to the Symposium sessions and workshops. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received.
Registration by June 1st 2025:

Full symposium 180 Euros (Single day, no social events 25 €)
Thursday policy discussions are open to all but require registration to ensure room for all participants
The Fee covers coffee, lunch, reception, and the conference dinner.
Please be aware that we have been experiencing phishing attempts in relation to Symposium 2025 – in particular relating to the booking of accommodation.
We are NOT contacting participants regarding accommodation bookings, so emails on such topics are likely phishing attempts. We advise all participants to be extra vigilant regarding emails seemingly coming from the project, and please do get in touch with us via info@seawiseproject.org if you receive an email which has you concerned.
If you are an invited speaker or convener arranging accommodation, please only liaise directly with the DTU secretariat.
